The author makes this Gateway using ITEAD STUDIO’s IBOARD development board as the gateway controller,because it integrated Arduino,W5500,nRF24L01+,BEE,SDCARD and many kinds of extensions IO function,so it is easy to operate.
The following is the main parts:
Other accessories:Mini USB Line,9V~12V/1A AC adapter,a Networked Retical Line
First Step:Insert nRF24L01+ into the IBOARD’s dedicated interface
Second Step:Insert FOCA board into the BOARD’s uploading interface.
Third Step:Insert the networked retical line and the Mini USB line to the PC.
Fourth Step:Install software for this hardware system:
a.Enter the “device manager” and you will see the “USB Serial Port ” at the COM hole;
b.Right click it and choose “Update driver software” ;
c.Then click “Browse the computer for driver software” button;
d.Choose the drivers under your Arduino IDE folder;
e.Finish to install the software.
Fifth Step:Burning firmware for the IBOARD:
1.Download the library and demo docs from:http://pan.baidu.com/s/1jGj09nS, and extract it under your Arduino IDE–>libraries folde;
2.Open this software and choose Tools->Serial Port->COMX;
3.Continue to choose Tools->Board->Arduino Duemilanove w/ATmega328;
4.Copy gateway source code to the Arduino program interface;
5.Change APIKEY “XXXXXXXX” to your own apikey num;
6.Click the compile button,then press the download button,you will get the following state:
So far,gateway has been built up by hardware and softeware.
Finally,Networking test.
1.Land on your account of the “m.znck007.com” named intelligent maker’s control site by your computer or cellphone;
2.Click “Family environment” then “gateway state”,if it shows “Gateway is running”,your account has been landed on successfully;
You could use independent power to supply your gateway,doesn’t it looks like a router?
