    This project is about <Walking Desk> with treadmill and WizFi210.

    The author had a <Gold Gym 420> treadmil as below.

    He hacked the original controls of treadmill and made a his own controller using WizFi210.

    Thankfully this treadmill is well designed and consequently is easy to control. It uses a standard 100mil spaced header and only uses 8 wires.

    With this WiFi feature, he can send exercise information to the cloud like Xively.
