This article shows how to keep an optimized temperature for brewery fermentation. The author implemented a temperature logger. And then it was placed in a fermentation chamber in order to keep the optimized temperature for brewery fermentation. User can monitor temperature status and control temperature at anywhere through the internet. Therefore, he can enjoy the best qualified beer in his house because he can control the best brewery fermentation all the time. How a fun and pleasant it is !!

The author made a temperature logger like the below image. It consists of several components such as Arduino main board, Arduino Ethernet shield based on WIZnet W5100 and Waterproof temperature sensor module etc.
The author is using COSM web site in order that he can access this website and always monitor the temperature status there at anytime, anywhere. Cosm allows you to update the feed data to its sever and then you can access it remotely, monitoring and graphing it. COSM can also give several useful funtions like alert. You can set alert function when unexpected thing happens by accident.
