    Imagine! If your digital clock has a power outage then it will need re-setting, how it is annoying. For you has this problem, here is the simple solution with NTP. This is the prototype NTP LED clock but it has good complement.

    NTP is Network Time Protocol which means a networking protocol for clock synchronization between computer systems over packet-switched, variable-latency data networks.

     

    The clock as derived here displays time and data in the format:

    “MM.DD.YYYY” and “HH.MM.SSXF” where X = not used or blank, F = Time Sync Flag (1 = in sync)
