< ARDUINO FISH TANK AQUARIUM CONTROLLER PROJECT >

Welcome to my fish tank aquarium controller project. I created this project to enable the ability to track tank data and feed my fish. I have been playing with Arduino projects for a while now, and thought this would be a fun project.

What does this project do?

Updates information to and from local MySQL server.
– Logs Tank(s) and Room Temp.
– Logs Last Feeding
– Logs When Controller powers up, starts day, feeds fish, and ends day.
– Gets value from server to allow user to feed fish from web site.
– Gets value from server when lights are to be on or off
– Gets value from server when air pump should be on
– Gets value from server when circulation pump should be on

Uses relays and servos to manage the tanks.
– At set time turns on/off tank light relays
– At set time turns on/off air pump
– At set time turns on/off circulation pump (only needed if using a fish bridge)
– At set time turns on/off filter (Off when feeding fish. For 10 min)
– When time to feed fish, turns on servo that tips food container

Other Stuffs
– Used speaker to beep when controller starts, ends, or feeds fish.
– Can also turn on/off LED to notify when doing something (not used yet)
