Game:ref – The world’s first hardware anti-cheat device
What is it?
A gadget that prevents cheating in online PC games. The prototype detects 100% of software input-based hacks.
Game:ref simply compares what the player is doing with their input device with what the game says is happening. If the two don’t match up, the player is cheating.
How does it work?
Game:ref sits between your input device (i.e. mouse or keyboard) and your PC. If there are discrepancies between user input and game behavior, the player is cheating.
Operating principle is as follows:
The AC server makes sure that the input data matches the game data.
