arduino visual ICMP ping server monitor (ICMP echo request)
This article deals with application of the ping(networking utility).
Author’s server stopped responding for no apparent reason and with no warning. So, he asked himself “how can I know when my server is down quickly?”
The idea for this post was born – use author’s arduino to ping the server and show the status using LEDs.
