AVR Bootloader with Wiznet W5100 ethernet support

Description(Curation) :

I’ve extended the Optiboot bootloader to add support for interfacing to the bootloader over TCP/IP as well as through the serial port.

Result : Now the optiboot bootloader support W5100.
