The new iCore (iCore 3) features the following:
1, the classic +FPGA structure is still used, and the two are connected by FSMC bus.
2. Four layers of red gold plate, size 10.16 X 9 cm;
3,  upgraded to 176 pin M4 chip (STM32F407IGT6) has stronger performance and more pins.
4. FPGA adopts fourth generation Cyclone EP4CE10F17C8N and 256 pin BGA package.
5, the external expansion pin reaches 68; the standard 2.54 pin needles are selected to facilitate the experiment.
6, the FPGA external expansion pin reaches 105; the standard 2.54 pin needles are selected to facilitate the experiment.
7, built in high-speed USB OTG interface, as Device communication speed approaching 40M bytes / sec, and can read U disk (through the belt transfer line);
